CLIMATE CHANGE AND LOW-LYING PACIFIC ISLANDS: A plain person's guide to global warming, sea-level rise, and the threat to Pacific Islands
  Hall, Philip. 8 February 2008.
This paper has been written in response to numerous enquiries from around the world seeking my views on sea level rise analysis and climate change forecasts. The enquiries have come from a wide range of people concerned about the impacts of sea level rise and global warming; and a few sceptics who are not. Diverse as their professions, interests and origins are, each is seeking to gain a better understanding of the link between global warming and sea level rise, and the impact on low-lying coastal communities and small islands. The paper has been peer-reviewed by Dr. Patrick Nunn, Professor of Oceanic Geoscience at The University of the South Pacific.
